How Long Does An Order Take To Ship?

All US orders are shipped from Los Angeles within 24 business hours. International orders are shipped within 48 business hours. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following business day. We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Free ground shipping on all US orders of $50 or more and international orders of $300 or more.  All other US orders will have a ground shipping charge of $10. Upgraded shipping is available for purchase.  LNA offers free international shipping on orders of $300 or more.  Any order under $300 will have the shipping rate generated by country ranging from $35-$50.  

WHAT IS LNA'S RETURN POLICY

We offer free returns on all qualifying US orders.  To start processing a return or exchange go to: returns.lnaclothing.com You can also send your return back to us via your own shipping method. 

All sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only. 

Any sale item purchased with an additional discount is final sale and does not qualify for a return or exchange.   

All full price items purchased with a discount code or promotion of 25% off or more are eligible for exchange or store credit only. 

Return Qualifications:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 21 days.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, washed or tried on and damaged or stained. 
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached in original condition and be returned in original packaging.
WHAT IS THE REFUND PROCESS?

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Final Sale items may not be returned. Returns take up to 7 days for processing.

LNA offers a variety of payment methods including: credit card, shop pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Venmo and Afterpay.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY PAST ORDRS?

You can login to your account here and see all of your past orders. If you don’t have an account yet, you can register, and your previous orders associated with that email will be automatically linked to it.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once you place your order online, you will receive an email with the order number and link to follow its preparation, and see shipping updates. You will also receive an email with the tracking number once your order is shipped. All of this information can also be found in your Account area.
