SHIPPING POLICY

US SHIPPING:

Free ground shipping on all US orders always!  Upgraded shipping is available for purchase.  Orders usually take 1-2 business days for processing and orders places on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following business day. We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
 
LNA offers free international shipping on orders of $300 or more.  Any order under $300 will have the shipping rate generated by country ranging from $35-$50.  Orders usually take 1-2 business days for processing and orders places on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following business day. 

 

RETURN POLICY

We offer free returns on all US orders.  Simply email hello@lnaclothing.com and we will send you a prepaid return label.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Final Sale items may not be returned.
  • Returns take up to 2-3 days for processing.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you would like to exchange an item for another color or size, Please fill out the Return/Exchange Authorization form you received in your order. If we have the item in stock we will ship out your exchange as soon as we receive your return.
