Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

All sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only. 

Any sale item purchased with an additional discount is final sale and does not qualify for a return or exchange.   

All items purchased with a discount code or promotion of 25% off or more are eligible for exchange or store credit only. 

We offer free returns on all qualifying US orders.  To start processing a return or exchange go to: returns.lnaclothing.com You can also send your return back to us via your own shipping method. 

  • Merchandise must be returned within 21 days.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, washed or tried on and damaged or stained. 
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached in original condition and be returned in original packaging.

SWIM RETURNS 

Additional terms apply to swimwear returns.   Please try on your swimwear over underwear before deciding to keep it to avoid any possibility of wanting to return items without meeting standards for return.  

  • Hygienic strip must be in original placement on the bathing suit bottom.   Any bottom that has had this strip removed will not be eligible for a return.  Strip cannot be removed and re-placed on bottom. 

REFUND INFO

  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Final Sale items may not be returned.
  • Returns take up to 7 days for processing.
